NTA but there's nothing wrong with even skilled humans losing bare handed to monstrous races like orcs. That's why humans invented weapons. Aragorn wasn't a strong half elf girlboss who used the DM's incredibly poor understanding of what Aikido or Judo are to manhandle orcs twice his size, he's a fucking 87 year old in supernaturally excellent shape using his decades of experience to kill them with swordsmanship and a bow.
