>they (virgins) are simply much more loyal and trustworthy because their dopamine and oxytocin receptors still work
This isn't true.
You can't just 'fry' your brain with those two chemicals like a burnt electrical circuit, especially not with Oxytocin. Oxytocin is released in times of emotional intimacy and women produce a lot more of it than men normally do. It is meant to bond women to their mates to stay protected and provided for. It's very rare to naturally become overexposed to Oxytocin to the point of building up resistance to it.
Dopamine, on the other hand, can definitely be desensitized with overexposure, but this doesn't happen with having lots of relationships.
Dopamine is not pleasure, it's excitement and obsession. The salience network governs it, which is actually more associated with threat detection than pleasure.
Drugs can definitely overexpose a woman to dopamine, but having lots of past sex partners, if anything, may actually UNDEREXPOSE a woman to dopamine by making her emotionally flat, and unintrigued by the men she meets.
>What you call "mate guarding" is simply the biological fact that only with a virgin can a man be 100% certain that the baby is his
To clarify, I didn't come up with the term "Mate guarding". It is a well-documented thing across almost all complex animal species.
Mate guarding isn't a logical ideology that men have to assure paternity, it is a reflexive emotional behavior that evolved for the PURPOSE of assuring paternity.
Those are very different things.
Men don't consciously decide to be possessive over their woman's bodies, even if they may ideologically be okay with the concept of an open-relationship. It doesn't matter.
They still are reflexively hurt, and offended by their mate being with other men.
>And the statistics on cheating and divorce from non-virgins do not lie, roastie
Never said they didn't.
You just misattributed the reason why.
