They don't have much taste. They're slightly bitter and the smell is unappealing. I'll assume the kidneys of other animals are very similar to these and I will never try them. So far the only organs that have been really appealing were beef hearts and beef/goat livers. Beef adrenal glands are good too but I'll probably never get them again
