I've begun noticing something. It's very obvious for most parents that kids a certain age shouldn't wear slutty shit. The most slutty girl 18+ in public I've seen recently showed off her belly button and she was with her BF. But for some reason, bad parents will allow toddlers to wear anything, even if it seems outright illegal for public decency. I don't get why they don't wear even more protective clothing instead of less. Is this a modern society thing I don't understand? Asking here since this seems like the best place for suck a question.
