Putin has displayed amazing tolerance to provocation. He would have been justified in hitting France, Germany and UK and the USA bases in E. Europe with Oreshniks in my personal opinion.

I agree that if WW3 starts, Russia will likely not be the first to go nuclear. I've already got my geiger counters and my iodine.
