Everyone exposed to original COVID strain died

It was only available for a short while in November-December 2019

Everyone who got infected, died. The infection does not spread between people.

Instead it was sprayed upon people in the non suspicious form of aerosol water, found in springklers and whatnot.

This happened in major cities around the world simultanously.
