No. They were flip flopping on many issues because National Socialism, to put it frankly, isn't concerned about ideologies or universalist morals. It's merely a Rationalisation to legitimise their interpretation of the Nietzschean ideal of the Übermensch (even if Nietzsche and the Nazis had different conception of this idea, the qualities of the Aryan race Hitler listed in Mein Kampf were directly copied from Nietzsche) in an attempt to fill the void and lack of purpose caused by their Defeat during WW1 and the fall of the German empire. Not even in a racial sense, but a moral one. It was always about creating their own set of values they can impose on others to create their own sense of purpose.

The Racial Ideology was never genuine, it was merely a means to an end. Throughout the war the Nazis admired many qualities of the Soviets (sturdiness, fanaticism, loyalty) and they arbitrarly decided how each slavic culture was treated depending on how it benefited them.

So was their antisemitism. Britain and the United States regularly got accused of being central points for the global Jewish rule, yet the Nazis always attempted to negotiate peace with them and saw them as a lesser priority compared to the Soviets.

Aipac is openly biased towards Republicans as the Republican Evangelicals would voluntarly send Jesus into the hellfire to please their jewish overlords, but as it appears they bagged the entire American political landscape on national Level, it cannot be explained otherwise how even catholics or Atheists openly support Israel to such a degree.
