Don't have any spare resources to use right now so setting him up with anything other than 4pc shockstar and 2pc polar is highly unlikely as a mostly f2p player.

He has six shooter wengine with 2 ascensions. Again, switching him to any other would be unreasonable at the moment.

I will write your points down and consider them for the future but right now all I really wanted was what makes him useful in the most general sense. Considering I don't run any specific teams, just use whoever.
