That's kind of a real phenomenon, except it's more like women say things that people realize isn't really what women think or believe, thereby deepening the mystery.
Like women pushing for feminism but then also being pretty much universally into getting dominated.
There's definitely a mystery there. There's a reason What Women Want is a movie but nobody ever did a sex reversed version of it where the female protagonist could hear men's thoughts. Because everyone already knows what men think. But a movie about a man hearing women's thoughts was interesting and did well at the box office since nobody knows what women really think.
