I have the opposite of pectus excavatum: pectus carinatum. It's fairly mild but my sternum and ribs are visibly odd looking. I also have almost-kyphosis. Doctor literally told me that I have a permanently hunched back but that the angle isn't at the right number for it to be an official kyphosis so it's just "yeah bro your spine kinda fucked but it's fine I guess". Still have a gf though she doesn't seem to care.
