with the way the arcs go, it'll either only feature Seija and Shinmyoumaru or it'll only feature the Grassroots Youkai Network. We didn't get the Prismrivers in the PCB arc either and I really doubt ZUN is thinking about the Tsukumo sisters or Raiko.
