A good game only needs good gamplay and to be appealing.
Gacha focuses entirely on being appealing without gamplay.
Big companies are focusing too much on social agenda and niggers instead of being appealing (and the gameplay also sucks).
Smaller companies just want to make a good appealing game that is successful, thats why those $10-$20 dollar games are mocking AAA games.
