I've held depression at bay the past couple of years telling myself that so long as there's hope I may as well keep trying.
At this point I'm no longer convinced there is hope, though. Life just seems like one problem after another, and I'm a bit sick of it. It feels like any progress I'm making with my problems is painfully slow, and I no longer see light at the end of the tunnel.
Every so often things feel okay but that good feeling never lasts more than a few days.

I'm just over it... I really don't think there's any hope anymore.
