>compromise your own opinion
You're a nigger. This "debate" is so tiring. I tire of it. It's been 3 years now? Let it go. The characters look bad. Alear looks ghastly. Offensive to all notions of restraint. Half of us doubted the first leak could possibly even be authentic, how stupid she looked.
Mere exposure has taught me to tolerate some of my favorites. And I enjoyed Engage anyway. But its character design is the visual equivalent to sour patch kids. It's tragic, because it didn't have to be so unremittingly retarded. You can have pretty colors. Engage stages have rich and tasteful palettes, its buildings are beautiful. It's the character designs that are hot, drippy poo-poo. Wind Waker? Try Digimon.
Doubting critics' intentions is what makes you such a perennial annoyance, not your own personal taste in the matter. So you like the clowns, huh? But pointing out Heath and Patty as gotchas is not winning you friends. Learn to tolerate the heat a little, because it deserves a good deal of it.
