there are so many contradicting but seemingly "legit" studies on oils and fats, the only rational take is this;
>avoid Polyunsaturated fat/seed oils
>switch between coconut oil (89% saturated plant fat), olive oil (monounsaturated fat) and butter (saturated animal fat)
>use fat sparingly, dont fry much food, you don't need the excess calories
>get most of your protein from dairy and lean meats or organs (steak, beef/calf liver, some chicken breasts occasionally)
>eat a lot of fruit
