at some point (early 2024) Cohee changed the bot avatar size from 400x600 to 512x768 so if you have like, pre-2024 April bots in your rentry or whatever that have never been reuploaded you might have that mishmash of sizes going on.
Unless you've always had the resizing disabled or something.
