How do you deal with being jobless?

>last job had was literally niggermaxing with agencies, job was a temp contract, wanted to kill myself every day on the commute and asked if every lorry I drove past would do it clean
>boomer parents think you can just "Get a job" via strong firm handshake/dogwalking/having passion/volunteering/getting a second degree
>sister lived life on easy street, had multiple jobs starting from her teenage years that only girls and women are hired for, both her adult jobs were public sector, currently on maternity leave, never had to try in life, support for her disabilities and menthol elf, won't even be expected to work properly after maternity, self centred, addicted to her phone, massive spender (perfect consoomer), somehow keeps winning
When I'm at home, without a job, my parents are vitriolic. When I show them the identical computer written rejection letters that destroy my belief in humanity having humanity, they say "Oh that was wonderful of them to wish you luck in your jobhunt". They don't threaten workplaces to take me on but they'll threaten my existence if I don't get in a workplace.
