But that's not what happened the noisy neighbor who threatened the guy in the video was the one who called the cops even though the noisy neighbor was the one who threatened physical violence. The cops physically assault and arrest the victim of the physical violence threat not the person who made the threat. I don't think a lot of people in this thread even watched the video or understand what is going on.
