Ummm why does this show the regular Fatui mooks from the game's first areas? Wouldn't it make more sense for them to have the honour guard and most advanced troops be trained in their home nation?
Why are there no Mirror Maidens, Operatives from Fontaie or any of the Nod-Krai elites?
