Her shoes in real life aren't really uncomfortable, but you have a higher risk of twisting your ankle. High heels become more uncomfortable when the heel is thin or the more the foot is angled downward(this is why pointe shoes are so painful). Slingback pumps with a thin heel are more of a pain to walk around than Xilonen's shoes imo.
