Oh, they definitely do. The only reason they dress like that is to get your attention. If nobody would ever see them, they'd just wear sweatpants or pajamas.
I would probably dress like that too if I were a woman. But thinking about it, not once in my life I saw someone in those kind of clothes and thought "damn she hot". Instead, what always comes to my mind is "what a disgusting whore". I'm probably gay, who knows.
