You're acting like Hoyo doesn't cater towards the lowest common denominator. He has one animated short left and it's reserved for story purposes. Cyrene is the only other major character that's relevant to his backstory that hasn't made an appearance yet and arguably the most important because she's literally a walking plot device for his character.
