Wow march has the worst stats of any Saber, she skipped the baseline for the class
That A+ Luck would guarantee that she gets to the end of the war though.
Looking through these profiles, I feel like Herta or Jingliu would be the best servants to get, Jingliu is a stat ball but she has madness Mad Enhancement so she's a toss up, Herta has amazing stats overall but I bet she's the kind of servant that burns through mountains of Mana to mantain her magic.
