It's honestly hard to understand when that's not really the audience for their mod at all. You could say that it's something bigger alt-his mods could do, as that has been the design trend in the 2nd half of hoi4's life. But most tgwr players I don't think really want to see "this is just 1:1 German Empire, also here's two chambers you have to nanny before you will have to nanny a balance of power when the war kicks off"
