Every single post ND dev minus Vicarious Visions abandoned the Looney Tunes inspired character, detailed 3D worlds and sex appeal the series was known for. You can only burn the same fanbase for so long before they become apathetic. At least if they were full of hatred its still lingering passion for the brand but now? People dont even care. Were going on 5 years without a real game or fun spinoff, imagine if Sonic or Mario did that? It would disastrous and this is the state of Crash and by extension Spyro, thanks to incompetence and greed of Activision.
