The funny thing is Melona included this white peg. Pic related show it from the listing page. It turns out this was the milk from the bottle for Nanael. I guess it fell out while cleaning/inspecting her, being opened, and ended up with Melona, Luckily for me buying both of them and the previous pic her bottle is pretty full, though it is still very loose.
