As for being trained on actual children, how can you even prove that? So many things can be done realistically that don't exist like mythical creatures and monsters but none the less can be done in a realistic style.
So this idea that the only way for something to exist is to use real children is kind of weak, particularly when it's something that clearly does not exist.
The whole reason that shit, the real stuff, is banned is because of the harm it causes to real people, not how offensive someone finds it and using pure algorithms to extrapolate something does not harm any single person.
