Siren tries to break up the relationship of Hibiki and Kanade so they can't turned into precures.
So that black cream is meant to taste nasty so their relationship can worsen.
I'm not a cook but shouldn't they taste their own foods before serving it to others?
Either way it's an excuse for writers to have them fight and it was fun.
