Hey bro, I have a legit question for you. Does Russia have “battlefield commissions?” Can one join the Russian Army as a Non-Commissioned member and work their way up to NCO and eventually get to Officer without schooling? I know this was a thing in WW2 and Korea and was wondering if it’s a thing today in the SMO? Does this happen and how often? I would assume it’s rare if it does
