No real trick behind it other than keeping everything below in mind:
- Join a guild or just create your own one-guy one. Guild events are boring menu shit, but give 30+ plates monthly on top of a more steady flow of guild coins.
- Guild shop has 5+5 plates each MON+FRI reset, if you don't overlook that you can refresh each once.
- Keep up with OpSi, clear the Normal and Hard arbiters (45+15 plates respectively).
- Don't let the OpSi daily missions clog up with junk, preventing them from spawning new/rare missions that immediately grant gold plates. Use up junk ones every other day to make room for worthwhile updates.
- Clearing Siren outposts guarantees a few plates and larger numbers of purple coins, so that you can buy out the OpSi shop each month (another 30 plates).
- Latest near the end of the month, make sure to clear all of your Siren loggers (L4/5/6 give 4/10/15 plates respectively).
- Spam L4 and L5 zones and/or regular loggers near the end of the month at your own leisure. The main price there are meowfficer tiles, where high level meowfficers sometimes dig up gold plates or better stuff. Supposedly L6 zones don't really yield better results and only drain more AP, but I never really minmaxed that shit myself too hard.
Beyond that...maybe don't be dumb and +13 stuff you don't really need. You can get plates back through recycling, but it'll be less than you invested.
