Well the "sir" thing is done pretty much just to mess with patty, though a first it was a mistake. Now for the liking Chuck thing, eh main character status and he can being genuinely likeable when he isn't wallowing in self pity.

Also Marcie Best Girl, OG Patty is a close second for me.
