Yeah, it's this precious lil' thing. I'd gladly cut down all those bar thugs who'd laugh at it.
Though don't get me wrong, the Desert Sabre (which now I've realised fits the mid-east sabre description much more) is also up there in terms of being my favorite blades.

That too. The attack malus is fine anyway, since sabres attack pretty quickly. The defense bonus also stacks with armors like the Dustcoat, so that's also pretty good.
