On the debut, Geezer Butler is credited as Terence Butler and Ozzy Osbourne is credited as John Osbourne. The original British release on Vertigo records featured a gatefold with a large upside down cross with a poem and acknowledgements on it. Warner Bros said 'Absolutely not!' for the American release and so there is no gatefold.
