I would assume iran planned for this contingency and stored the completed weapons discreetly in a different location. Just because they are researching nuclear weapons at these sites doesnt mean that's where all the weapons are. This is an overt attempt by the trump administration to get us involved in yet another desert war racket so he can prop the economy up for the rest of his term.
