Since this keeps happening, what can be done to prevent it? Should chuds be made to wear shock collars with GPS, audio and video surveillance at all times to keep them in check?

seems like Group is determined by in match performance, not win/loss?
you quickly drop groups by conceding
but if you play out your matches and still lose you tend to go up
as demonstrated by multiple people with a 20% win rate going up in groups

I don't think I need more than a 3080 and I barely play new games to begin with
It does seem like the best value GPU on the new market (still shit but it's sandwiched between an underpowered 12gb 5070 and overpriced 5080
