Honestly, I'm just concerned that the increased difficulty that the devs are wanking themselves over might make it so you'll have to be heal spec to actually heal levelling dungeons.
I kinda agree with their sentiment on paper, but Hpal levelling is sluggish as fuck, and you're not even getting Holy Shock until 35 at the absolute earliest
