That's a spot on guess.

Ozempic (and other brands) work by just slowing down gastric emptying.
So technically you feel "full" for longer periods, but that also means you rely on what you ate much more.
I am not on it right now but if I were, I would go with big protein meals like meat+eggs and supplement the micronutrients with some pills.
