yeah gaming is kino for taking one's mind out of schizophrenia, I game with my brother very often and it helps him a lot.
He could be walking on the treadmill gaming some Fallout 4 and drinking countertop distilled water(as the heavy metals in tap water also contribute to schizophrenia, see heavy metal chelation and patients experiencing relief from supplements such as beta alanine)infused with berries or cucumbers.
Trying to get my brother to do this as I got him a countertop distiller but he hasn't used it yet and keeps trying to give it back to me.
