The only nice part of Frankfurt is one time neighborhood by the Rhein. I was there in March and while the blocks by the train station are the worst, nothing distinguishes most of it from any other neoliberal metropolitan economic zone and the population is distinctly diverse.

The area around the train station in Frankfurt is an absolute shit hole. I stayed at a hostel there recently and it's tweakers and dune coons galore. One of the shittiest cities in Europe
