From my experience it can be a bit hard, what I usually do to make it better is segmenting things, adding some weights and doing larger batches. Generating batch of 1 by 1 is just hit or miss. IMO it's better to do at least like a 3 batch with size of 4. It takes longer but 1 or 2 land near perfectly then. As for segmenting try putting the description of the first girl in rounded brackets () all booru type tags within in, put a :1.3 weight for it, then make another bracket () with 2nd girl and all of her info in it. In negatives do the same, making all then negative things about the 1st girl in the first bracket, specifying each tag to mention her and same for other. Not really an expert, but it's worth a shot for sure.
Can also try (1st girl tags and descriptions):1.3 :: (2nd girl tags and descriptions).
Different platforms prefer different things. Hope this helps.
