I think part of why Priestess rubs /akg/ the wrong way is that the entire Observer/Predecessor plotline leans on the relationship of our real live selves to fiction and Doc to Terra. So when Priestess tries to diminish Terra and tell Doctor to stop fucking around, it hits the same note as someone telling you your silly little games don't matter.
