Even as someone who liked Wilds, it's way too flawed to be considered GOTY.
The only thing it has going for it is the immediate gameplay.
>animations aside, the art direction and graphics are bad.
>story and narrative are bad.
>soundtrack is not that impressive beyond some stand-out songs.
At best it could win best action game but that will probably be Nightreign.
World was a more polished and complete experience and had a bigger wow-factor for new players.
