伊武基Ibuki. 伊 means “this, that, that one, he, her”. Back in ye old days, this kanji was used for things like divine jobs/roles/functions or holy/divine things. Then it just became this filler kanji for names. 武 is “martial”. 基 is “fundamental, basic”. 伊武 is also an irl surname.
