They're lower decker scum. They die all the time just to the ship malfunctioning, killing each other, dying to random shit happening during warp jumps, and so on. What does it really matter? Marazhai doesn't kill anyone of worth or note (until the ending slides, anyway) so why should any Rogue Trader give a fuck?
