I dont have birdmom so I cant speak from expierience, but plunge multipliers are usally higher then base and charged attack mult. so I would think something like lynette furina faruzan xianyun. I usally run lynette with freeze or electro charged. since those reactions help her deal dmg and dont get fucked over by swirl.
