I took the vax (J&J) at 18. My mindset at the time was that it probably had some side effects but it was preferrable to getting covid.

About a week after I started getting heart palpitations. I've always had anxiety about medical issues and my heart, so started panicking very hard. I was literally paralyzed with anxiety, couldn't move, physically shook from fear, couldn't sleep anymore. The heart palpitations increased, likely because of anxiety. On my worst day there were over 100 palpitations. I admitted myself to the psyche ward. The health anxiety slowly turned into the worst depression and hopelessness I've ever felt in my life, and I started becoming suicidal. I was admitted two more times after as I'd relapse when I was released, and I had my 20th birthday there. I was even approved for transcranial magnetic therapy.

Eventually, the severe anxiety went away, so did the severe depression, and my heart palpitations lessened. I was able to sleep again and didn't go through with the brain magnets. I had to relearn how to walk down the stairs since my fear of moving and keeling over of a heart attack had gotten so bad during my anxiety episodes. I now have a palpitation like a couple times a week. But it took a good two-three years to 'recover'. The EKGs they gave me all came back normal and so did my blood work, the doctors kept telling me it was simply anxiety causing it. But then why did it start when I wasn't anxious?

My family keeps telling me it's a coincidence and all in my head. But I don't think that. I think as a fresh adult I wasn't distrusting enough of the government, news outlets, and health officials/scientists, and I paid the price. Maybe I damaged something forever. It may have damaged my fertility, my period stopped for a while and became irregular after and the nurse said 'that's normal'. No it isn't.
I fucked up. I am retarded. I am vaxcattle.
