I have a few questions as to how that works. I apologize for asking so much, but I just wanna make sure I understand clearly.
Say I go through the process, get my license and all that.
Then let’s say I want to broadcast on HF (shortwave). Like say I just want to talk. Simply talk and broadcast it out. Kinda like talk radio.
1- Can other people talk to me on my station?
2- How do I get my own station?
3- Do I need and kind of special equipment for this other than a transceiver and an antenna?
4- Say I didn’t get my license. Would the FCC or anyone actually care about a guy talking over shortwaves and not saying anything controversial?
