So is there a reason that whenever I load this card I'm working on one of the accessories automatically re-enables its physics and is there a way to resolve that? My only guess is maybe it has something to do with the fact that it's paired to a non-vanilla thing (the toes) but the same accessory on the opposite foot loads just fine.
