Fort Celestia was the forward arms manufacturing platform during the war, and was the primary Steel Ranger stronghold in the peninsula until the combined "Celestia's Strongest Patriots" forces of Sunnydale and Villeville attacked with their radigator-mounted calvalry and drove the Steel Rangers to their bunker north of the area.
Primary exports of Fort Celestia now include produce such as taters, ghoulanges (glowfruit), and meeches. They also produce simple but effective anti-machine weapons and ammo. Nowhere else in the wasteland will you find the legendary Backbreaker rifle designed to fire a 1-inch diameter round in case to wanted to kill somepony who was ducking behind 2 suits of power armor.
The Bay is an endless suburbia partially submerged and taken back by the ocean. Little is left of the city aside from a few skyscrapers that have been converted into shantytowns above the water. Scrap metal and rope bridges stretch between the half-dozen towers above what was once the city center. The water is too shallow for any large pirate ships to be a problem but too deep to be passable without a small boat and guard from the dangers of the waters.
The Bay acts as a decent sea port for nautical merchants heading to the mainland and is primarily a trade hub between western Equestria, the zebra lands, and places farther south.
Villeville is the worst place in the entire peninsula if you ask any of the residents. It's a fairly corrupt city run by a largely unknown family of stabledwellers who took over a Ministry of Awesome hub and have established a mafia policeforce who regularly extort the (mostly) elderly ghoul population for money through racketeering and rent. The family, luckily, doesn't have plans beyond just being lazy, wealthy nobles ever since their stupid kids took over the family business.
Sunnydale isn't a full town as much as it is a collection of docks, bars, and a racetrack that has since been converted into a colliseum of battle. The Sunnydale 500 racetrack has supposedly been standing for 700 years and was built by the princeases themselves after a drinking contest on memorial day weekend when they needed to sober up so they could have another drinking contest from the top... The town observes a number of ancient Equestrian holidays such as Black Friday, Clover Day, Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Shark Week, Spring Break, Nightmare Night, Hearthswarming, and the Ringing of the New Year. Traditions of all of these holidays include getting wasted and fighting with your friends, making up, and then getting even more drunk and going fishing with said friends.
