Yes it's not even close. Bone-in chicken thighs are so much fucking better than boneless, especially since if you buy them boneless you get them skinless as well and miss out on the flavor of the skin. Cooklets missing out at every turn.

Yeah 100% fat is flavor, annoys me when people fastidiously remove all possible fat from cuts before cooking. You can have too much but there is goodness there.
